As I look upon the fields
remembering the days when you were here
It brings back many memories
of times gone by and love we shared
But now I look upon the fields
and everything's gone dry
So many things have changed
and it's still hard to say goodbye
As I walk along the fields
a tear drop falls from the sky
could it be a legacy
of love passed down from you to me
As I look upon the fields
your presence fills the air
So I fall down to my knees
